Pricing Questions
Can I start without a credit card?
Yes. The Starter plan is free and lets you explore the software, preview models, save projects, and download one Model 52 STL each month.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Paid subscriptions can be managed from your account. If you cancel, access remains active through the end of the current billing period.
Do unused downloads roll over?
Monthly download allowances reset with each billing cycle and do not roll over. Re-downloading the exact same file should not require you to create a new model.
Is physical printing included?
No. Subscriptions cover access to the software and digital STL files. Herald Hats can also print and ship a physical block as a separately priced service.
